James has extensive experience in employment law and commercial litigation, having prosecuted multi-million dollar litigations on behalf of individuals, including many class action cases. James is a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, and has litigated novel issues of law before the courts of the State of New York.
